Practitioners may upload files to Patient profiles to access important medical information. To enable Uploading Files, you must have the Plus or Max subscription.
How to Use File Uploads
Follow the steps below to upload files to a Patient profile:
- Click on a Patient's name.
- Click Uploads.
- Click Upload.
- Select files from your device.
Important Note: The upload size limit is 50 MB per file. There isn't a limit to the type or number of files you can upload. You may upload various file types, including videos, photos, and documents. The upload will begin immediately. Do not navigate away from the page while the upload is in progress.
If you downgrade your subscription after uploading files, you can still access the previously uploaded files.

The inability to view uploads without downloading is a total drag. I hope this gets remedied in the near future.
For the file upload add-on, it states a maximum of 5 GB. Is that the most you can upload per month, at one time or max total storage?
Bob, 5GB of storage is the total storage. Storage is unlimited, it's just that it's available in blocks of 5GB for $3/month.
So if I wanted say 10GB of storage, it would be $6 per month?
