A transaction can be a payment, refund or credit applied to the account. There are 3 primary ways in which you can delete a transaction.
Method One: From the Billing Activities page
- Click on the Billing Icon in the left navigation
- Click on the Transactions button
- Click on the Three Dots on the transaction (example, TRN-10003) listing line
- Click on Delete
- Type in "I Understand"
- Click Delete
Method Two: From the Clinic Patient Profile page
- Click on the Patient's name
- Click on the Billing tab
- Click on the Transactions button
- Click on the Three Dots on the transaction (example, TRN-10003) listing line
- Click on Delete
- Type in "I Understand"
- Click Delete
Method Three: From an Appointment
- Click on an Appointment from the calendar
- Click on the Invoice (for example, INV-3)
- Scroll down and click on the Transaction (example,TRN-23762)
- Click on the Delete Button in the bottom right corner and follow the instructions
