Patients who book appointments through your Online Booking page for the first time will be added to the Clinic Admin's dashboard under the Online Booking Registrations pane. From here, you have a few options and actions you can take.
Accepting a Patient
You can accept the Patient into your Practice and will have the option to send them a form.
Merging a Patient
The Patient may have booked for the first time, so a new Patient profile was created. However, they may already exist on your Patient list. If so, you can merge this new Online Booking with the existing Patient Profile. The appointment will be moved to the existing Patient Profile, and the duplicate Patient Profile they created will be removed.
Denying a Patient
You can deny the Patient, which will remove them and their appointment from your clinic. At this time, you can send them a custom email message.
If the patient does have booked an appointment and you decided to deny them, you'll have the option to notify them or not.
If the patient does not have booked an appointment and you decided to deny them, you won't have the option to notify them.
If you deny them, the appointment and profile are deleted.

How do I merge clients after the fact? I don't notice right away that the client already has a file set up so is it possible to merge them later?
Currently, you can only merge at the time of accepting the patient. We are aware of this need and have it planned for future development.
Just checking whether the system was updated for merging clients after accepting an online registration.

You can only merge clients when they create a new account and book online. They will show up in your Online Patient Registration on your dashboard.
Is there a way to automatically put a limit on the number of clients that can be scheduled in a day?
Currently we do not have that feature. It has been approved for development. I do not have a timeframe when the feature will be released.
Apparently I accepted a client without selecting the merge option. Has the system been updated so I can merge after the fact?
