When patients book appointments for the first time through your Online Booking page, they are automatically added to the Clinic Admin's Home Page under the Online Booking Registrations pane. Here, you can manage their profiles with several options.
Accepting a Patient
Upon accepting a patient into your practice, you have the opportunity to send them a form immediately. This ensures that their information is collected and organized efficiently.
Merging a Patient
Occasionally, a new patient profile is created because the system doesn't recognize an existing profile. In such cases, you can merge the new online booking entry with the existing patient profile. This process transfers the appointment to the existing profile and removes the duplicate created during the booking.
Denying a Patient
If necessary, you have the option to deny a patient, which will remove their profile and appointment from your clinic's records. When denying a patient who has an appointment, you can choose to notify them with a custom email message. However, if a patient does not have a booked appointment, there is no option to send them a notification. It’s important to note that once denied, the patient’s appointment and profile are permanently deleted.

How do I merge clients after the fact? I don't notice right away that the client already has a file set up so is it possible to merge them later?
Currently, you can only merge at the time of accepting the patient. We are aware of this need and have it planned for future development.
Just checking whether the system was updated for merging clients after accepting an online registration.

You can only merge clients when they create a new account and book online. They will show up in your Online Patient Registration on your dashboard.
Is there a way to automatically put a limit on the number of clients that can be scheduled in a day?
Currently we do not have that feature. It has been approved for development. I do not have a timeframe when the feature will be released.
Apparently I accepted a client without selecting the merge option. Has the system been updated so I can merge after the fact?
