Allow a practitioner to view the entire clinic's schedule to track other team members' availability.
You can grant a practitioner visibility over the entire clinic's schedule by enabling the Manage Others' Calendars permission. This setting allows them to view, schedule, move, or cancel appointments for other practitioners in the clinic.
Update a Practitioner's Permissions
- Log in as an Admin.
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner, then select Base Setup.
- Scroll down to the Practitioners section and locate the practitioner you want to update.
- Click the Three Dots to the right of their name and select Edit.
- Under the Permissions section, toggle on Manage Others' Calendars.
- Save your changes.
Important Note: Because this permission allows the user to edit or cancel appointments for other team members, as well as view them, ensure it aligns with your clinic's internal privacy and scheduling policies.
