Update your booking settings to enable cluster bookings, allowing appointments to be clustered together for efficiency. This guide provides steps for both Admin and Practitioner roles.
Enable Cluster Bookings
For Admin Users
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click the Gear icon (top-right).
- Select Base Setup.
- Select Practitioners.
- Click the Three Dots next to the practitioner.
- Select Edit.
- Scroll to Calendar & Online Booking.
- Under Scheduling Options, enable Cluster Bookings.
- Click Save.
For Practitioners
- Log in with your profile.
- Click your Photo/Initials in the top-right corner.
- Select Calendar.
- Go to Scheduling Limits or Cancellations.
- Enable Cluster Booking.
- Click Save.
Once enabled, cluster bookings will allow multiple appointments to be scheduled back-to-back, optimizing your schedule for both you and your clients.
