If you use Noterro's online booking system, setting up your staff availability ensures patients can only book appointments during designated working hours. Setting up and managing your schedule directly through the calendar takes just a few steps.
How to Add Availability
- Navigate to the Calendar.
- Click Manage Schedule.
- Click directly on the calendar to create staff availability.
- Select your Location or Service Area. If you're offering GO services and wish to be available both in the clinic and mobile, select Available Clinics.
- Choose the desired Dates and Times, and opt for the Repeat Availability feature if needed.
- Click Save.
Important Rules to Keep in Mind
- No Overlapping Shifts: The system prevents you from booking overlapping availability schedules. If you practice in multiple locations, you can only set availability for one specific clinic or service area at a time.
- Modifying a Shift: If your hours change, turn Manage Schedule back on, click the block of time you wish to change, edit the times, and click Save. If it's a recurring shift, choose Apply to Future Availability.
- Adding Breaks: If you need to step away for lunch or a meeting within your regular block of availability, use the "Add Break" feature on the calendar instead of deleting your shift block.
