You can view each Patient's SMS history in their Notification Logs. Below are a few reasons that might explain why Patients haven't received their SMS/Text Messages from your clinic.

Invalid Mobile Phone Number
Solution: Correct the mobile phone number on file. -
SMS Reminder Not Enabled on the Appointment Reminder
Solution: Ensure you enable SMS Appointment Reminders on future appointments. This would be confirmed by the absence of the SMS notification being in the Patient's Notification Log. -
Carrier Network Issue
Solution: It's possible that there was an issue with the carrier network or Patient's device at the time of delivery.
