Adding Scribes to Finalized Clinical Notes

In Noterro, once a clinical note is finalized, Scribe contents can't be added. Attempting to do so will yield an error message indicating that the scribe cannot be added because the note is finalized.

Editing Finalized Notes: If your note is less than seven days old, you can select 'Revert to Draft' to convert the finalized note back to a draft, allowing you to add Scribe contents.

If the note was finalized beyond seven days, you will need to submit a request, including the Clinical Note number, to make changes to it. For clinics that wish to bypass the seven-day rule, the Admin user can request its removal by emailing support@noterro.com from the Admin email address.

To delete the Scribe, click the down arrow icon and select delete from the menu.
