You may have two online booking availabilities on a Practitioner's Calendar that overlap. For example, the first availability is from 8:00 am-12:00 pm, and the second is from 8:00-5:00 pm. If the day is booked, online booking may display available booking times, but an error message will appear when someone tries to book an appointment. To fix this, turn on Double Booking (to expose the problem), then navigate to the problematic date on the Practitioner's Calendar. You will then need to edit the overlapping availability. Here are the two-part steps to correct this issue.
Enabling Double Booking
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
- Select Calendar from the menu.
- Scroll to the Double Booking section.
- Check Enable Double Booking.
Important Note: Don't forget to disable double booking after you have corrected the problem. The next step involves editing the overlapping availability.
Editing Availability
- Go to the Calendar.
- At the bottom of the left sidebar, click Manage Schedule.
- Click Edit on the overlapping availability.
- Edit the Time to remove the overlap.
- Click on Save.
