Add Multiple Accounts for Online Booking
Follow these steps to add multiple accounts for online booking, allowing patients or their family members to manage appointments easily.
- Log in as the Admin or Practitioner.
- Select the Patient's name.
- Navigate to Portal Accounts.
- Click Add User.
- Enter the email of the person you wish to invite.
- The recipient will receive an email with instructions to create or log in to an account to accept the invitation.
- Repeat these steps to add additional accounts, including those of family members, if needed.
By setting up multiple accounts, each user can have convenient access to manage appointments independently.
