Transfer the Usage of a Package to a Family Member

You may have a family member that wants to allow another family member to redeem their package.

Example: Dad owns the package, and the child wants to redeem a usage.

Step One: Consume Package

1. Create an Invoice for Dad, with an eligible service on it
2. Redeem a package on the Dad’s invoice to consume the package usage
3. Add a Note on the invoice that the consumption was for the child

Step Two: Create Discount

1. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header
2. Click on Billing
3. Scroll to the Discount section
4. Click Add New
5. Add Discount for Services and label it “Package Transfer”
6. Make the Discount 100%
7. Click Save

Step Three: Create an Invoice for the Child

1. Create an Invoice for the child
2. Click Edit on the Invoice
3. Click Discount
4. Add the Package Transfer discount (this will zero out the invoice)
