Transfer the Usage of a Package to a Family Member

You may have a family member who wants to allow another family member to redeem their package. For example, a parent may own the package, and they want their child or dependent to be able to redeem and use it. 

Step One: Consume Package for Parent's Invoice

1. Create an Invoice for the parent with an eligible service on it.
2. Redeem the Package on the parent’s invoice to consume the package usage.
3. Add a Note on the invoice that the consumption is for their child or dependent.

Step Two: Create Discount

1. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
2. Click on Billing.
3. Scroll to the Discount section.
4. Click Add New.
5. Label Discount Name as Package Transfer.
6. Make the Discount 100%
7. Apply discount to Services.
8. Click Save.

Step Three: Create an Invoice for the Child

1. Create an Invoice for the child.
2. Click Edit on the Invoice.
3. Click Discount.
4. Add the Package Transfer discount (this will zero out the invoice).
