Cancel a Package or Membership that permits cancellations. Ensure the cancellation falls within the allowed date range.
How to Cancel a Package or Membership
- Click on the Patient's Name.
- Click on Packages and Memberships in the sidebar.
- Click on the Package or Membership Name.
- Click Cancel Pass.
Important Note: Patients cannot cancel their membership through the Web Portal or App. They must contact the clinic directly to proceed with the cancellation. If a patient wishes to cancel before the allowed cancellation date, it is the clinic's discretion to decide whether they will allow and process the cancellation.
