Cancelling a Package or Membership

Cancel a Package or Membership that permits cancellations. Ensure the cancellation falls within the allowed date range.

How to Cancel a Package or Membership

1. Click on the Patient's Name.
2. Click on Packages and Memberships in the sidebar.
3. Click on the Package or Membership Name.
4. Click Cancel Pass.

Important Note: Patients cannot cancel their membership through the Web Portal or App. They must contact the clinic directly to proceed with the cancellation. If a patient wishes to cancel before the allowed cancellation date, it is the clinic's discretion to decide whether they will allow and process the cancellation.
