You may want to refund a partially used or canceled pass.
- Click on the Invoice for the Package or Membership
- Click on the Three Dots in the top right corner
- Click on Refund
- Select the Refund Method and enter the Refund Amount
- Click Refund
- Click on the Invoice for the Package or Membership again
- Click Edit
- Adjust the Price to balance the invoice
*If you do not adjust the price, the invoice will be Partially Paid. For example, if the package price was $1000.00 and the refund price is $300.00, the package price will need to be adjusted to $700.00 to balance the invoice so it will be marked as paid.
