Currently, Packages and Memberships are not available for purchase or redemption through the online booking platform. This means that patients are unable to buy or use these offerings directly online. Instead, to redeem a pre-existing Package or Membership, it must be manually added to the patient's invoice during in-person transactions.
Payment Policy Considerations: If your clinic has implemented a Payment Policy requiring, for example, a deposit to secure bookings, please note that this policy will not be enforced during the online booking process. This aspect is important to keep in mind when managing online appointments and payments.
