Redeeming an active Package or Membership is done when the service is provided and can be added to the invoice.
Redeeming Packages & Memberships from an Appointment
- Click on Patient's Appointment.
- Create an Invoice.
- The Redeem button will be available if the service matches the Package or Membership.
- Click Redeem in the header.
- Click Redeem in the popup window.
Redeeming a Package or Membership from a Blank Invoice
- Create an Invoice from Add New in the header.
- Enter Patient's Name and click Add Invoice.
- Add a Service from a Package or Membership.
- Click Redeem in the header.
- Click Redeem in the popup window.
Important Note: Packages and Memberships can't be purchased or redeemed online. Memberships cannot be redeemed when you have a missed or unpaid invoice.
