Export patient data to maintain backups or transfer the information to another system or platform seamlessly. Here's how you can export specific clinic information and data from Noterro.
Patient Profile Information
- Log in as Admin.
- Click on Patient (top left header).
- Click the Three Dots next to the Add Client button.
- Click Export Patient.
Important note: This will download all your Patient information into a CSV file, which can be opened in Microsoft Excel.
Invoices
- Click on the Patient name.
- Click Billing in the sidebar.
- Click on the Three Dots of the Invoice you would like to download.
- Click Download.
Clinical Notes
- Click on the Patient name.
- Click Clinical Note in the sidebar.
- Click on the Printer icon to the right of the Add Note button.
- Select the appropriate Filters.
- Click Print.
When your printer preview screen opens, select Print to PDF (this will create a single digital file of all the notes on your computer).
Forms
- Click on the Patient's name.
- Click Forms in the sidebar.
- Click on the Three Dots of the Form (Current) you want to print or download.
- Click Print.

File Uploads
- Click on the Patient name.
- Click File Uploads in the sidebar.
- Click on the File you would like to download.
Appointments
- Log in as Admin.
- Click on Reports (top left header).
- Click Events under the Patient section.
- Click on Appointments left sidebar.
- Click Download (it will be downloaded as a CSV file).
Important Note: All other data is exported either with Reports or by manual download. If you have many invoices, clinical notes, forms, or file uploads to export, please request a batch export by emailing support@noterro.com from the clinic's admin email. Batch exports are provided free of charge.
