Migrating from JaneApp to Noterro

Because of the increased number of clinics migrating from JaneApp to Noterro, we've created a specific JaneApp importing process. This should be part of your overall migration process.  

1. Request from JaneApp a backup of your clinic
   This should include a zip file containing forms, notes, receipts, and various other files. We've found it takes JaneApp a few days to provide this, but once they do, download it to your computer.
   
   
2. Book a migration call to transfer your backup files
   You can book a migration call using this link: https://calendly.com/noterro-migration/initial. It will be a screen share meeting so we can step you through the process of securely transferring your backup to the Noterro migration environment. If you don't have a Noterro account yet, we'll create one on this call. 
   Note: We will use Cyberduck to transfer the files, you can install it before or during the call.
   
   
3. Noterro will move your backup files into your Noterro account
   We will upload the patient data provided as well as the attachment (forms, notes, receipts, etc.) to each patient accordingly.
