Requesting a Backup of Your Clinic from the Jane App
Request a zip file backup from Jane App that includes forms, notes, receipts, etc. It usually takes a few days for Jane App to fulfill this request, so initiate it early. Use the message template below to contact their support:

Exporting Your Patients
- Log in to the Jane App.
- Go to Reports.
- Select Patients.
- Click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Click Export to CSV.
Exporting Your Appointments
- Log in to the Jane App.
- Go to Reports.
- Select Appointments.
- Filter by the desired Date Range (you can include past and future dates).
- Click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Click Export to CSV.
Exporting Your Insurance Policies
- Log in to the Jane App.
- Go to Reports.
- Select Insurance Policies.
- Click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Export to CSV.
Note: We can import insurance policies, but not insurance claims.

We'll handle importing your backup files into your Noterro account, uploading Patient data, and adding attachments (forms, notes, receipts, etc.) to each Patient's record.
