Because of the increased number of clinics migrating from JaneApp to Noterro, we've created a specific JaneApp importing process. Follow the steps below, and skip any that aren't relevant to your import. This should be part of your overall migration process.

Request from JaneApp a backup of your clinic
This should include a zip file containing forms, notes, receipts, and various other files. We've found it takes JaneApp a few days to provide this, but once they do, download it to your computer.
Below is an example of the message you can send to support@jane.app.
Hello,
Can you please send me a complete backup of my account?

Export your Patient
In JaneApp, go to Reports > Patients. Click the 3-dot menu in the top right and click "Export to CSV".

Export your Appointments
In JaneApp, go to Reports > Appointments. Filter by the desired date range (you can include past and future), then click the 3-dot menu in the top right and click "Export to CSV".

Export your Insurance Policies
In JaneApp, go to Reports > Insurance Policies. Click the 3-dot menu in the top right and click "Export to CSV". -

Noterro will move your backup files into your Noterro account
We will upload the patient data provided as well as the attachment (forms, notes, receipts, etc.) to each patient accordingly.
We'll let you know when your import is complete! 🥳
