This article will help you transition your current mobile appointments into Noterro GO appointments by providing your Patients with a GO Location. A GO Location differs from a Profile location as your Patients can have multiple GO Locations. A Profile location is where Patients reside, whereas GO Locations are places where your Patients would like to receive mobile therapy.
Adding a GO Location from a Mobile Appointment
If a Patient had a mobile treatment previously booked in your calendar, you need to transition them to a GO Appointment by providing them with a GO Location.
- Go to your Calendar.
- Select the Appointment.
- Click Edit.
- Click Add New GO Location.
- Provide the GO Location with a Name (i.e. Home), select Autofill or create a new Location.
- Fill out the Location Details.
- Click Save.
Adding GO Location from Patient Profile
Once Noterro GO is enabled, Practitioners can add GO Locations to Patients' profiles.
- Search a Patient.
- Go to GO Location (left sidebar).
- Select Add New.
- Provide the GO Location with a Name (i.e. Home), select Autofill or create a new Location.
- Fill out the Location Details.
- Click Save.
Important Note: When transitioning your Patients from mobile therapy to GO Appointments, it will be more efficient to add a GO Location once a Patient books an appointment than to go through your Patient list and change each one individually.
