To start using Noterro GO, you need to set your availability on the calendar for the specific service area.
Adding Noterro GO Availability
- Navigate to the Calendar.
- At the bottom of the left sidebar, toggle on Manage Schedule.
- Click on the calendar to create your availability.
- Select the Service Area.
- Choose your Times.
- If desired, click on the Repeat Availability button.
- Click Save.
Important Note: If you wish to be available for both in-clinic and mobile appointments, select the Available Clinics button and choose your in-clinic location. Please note, Noterro GO is offered only on the Plus and Max plans. Practitioners can be scheduled in one Noterro GO location at a time. The system does not support scheduling in multiple locations simultaneously.
