Enabling GO & Setting Up Service Areas

Designate regions where a Practitioner provides mobile service appointments by setting up Service Areas in Noterro GO. Follow these steps to configure your Noterro GO and select a service area:

Enabling Online Booking for Noterro GO

Enable online booking so Patients within your chosen service area can book appointments online. Follow these steps:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon located at the top-right header.
3. Select Base Setup from the menu.
4. Go to the Clinic Settings sidebar.
5. Select GO from the list.
6. Click Add New or select the Service Area.
7. Select Allow Patients Within this Service Area to Book Online under Online Booking.

Adding Service Areas

Here's how to add Service Areas in Noterro GO:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon located at the top-right header.
3. Select Base Setup from the menu.
4. Go to Clinic Settings.
5. Select GO from the list.
6. Enable Noterro GO.
7. Click Add New under Service Areas.
8. Name the Service Area.
9. You can set the Maximum Distance you're willing to travel between appointments in kilometres.
10. You can also set the Travel Time required to travel between appointments.
11. Under Online Booking, select Allow patients within this service area to book online.
12. Under Geofence, click on the map to draw boundary points for your chosen Service Area.
13. Select Services you'd like to offer in the Service Area.

Important Note: You can enter the city, postal code, or address under 'Center the Map' to zoom in on your chosen area within the map.

Enabling Distance Limits

Limit appointment availability to nearby locations by setting Distance Limits. Here’s how to set it up in Noterro GO:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon located at the top-right header.
3. Select Base Setup from the menu.
4. Go to Clinic Settings.
5. Select GO from the list.
6. Click Add New or select the Service Area under Service Areas.
7. Under Boundary, enable Use a Distance Limit and input your limit (e.g., 2 km).

Setting Up Travel Time

Configure the time required to travel between appointments. Follow these steps to set up Travel Time in Noterro GO:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon located at the top-right header.
3. Select Base Setup from the menu.
4. Go to Clinic Settings.
5. Select GO from the list.
6. Click Add New or under Service Areas or select the Service Area.
7. Under Travel Time, enable Set Travel Time.
8. Add the number of minutes required to travel between your appointments.
