Managing Service Areas on the calendar allows you to schedule appointments more effectively.
Adding Service Areas to Your Calendar
- Go to the Manage Schedule page.
- Select the day (e.g., Saturday) and check the service area box to make it available for that date.
- Find the Service Area you want to add (e.g., Hamilton Mountain).
- Set the Time and specify how often the service area will repeat if necessary.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Important Note: You can also set up hybrid locations, where physical clinic and mobile service locations are available for booking on the same day.
