Managing Service Area Locations for Mobile Practitioners

Optimize your appointment scheduling by managing Service Areas directly on your calendar. This feature allows you to customize availability and streamline bookings for different locations.

Adding Service Areas to Your Calendar

1. Navigate to the Manage Schedule page.
2. Select the desired day (e.g., Saturday) and check the service area box to make it available for that date.
3. Locate the Service Area you wish to add (e.g., Hamilton Mountain).
4. Set the Time and specify the frequency for when the service area will repeat, if necessary.
5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Important Note: You can also set up hybrid locations, where both physical clinics and mobile service locations are available for booking on the same day.
