Are you switching your clinic location appointments to mobile? Here’s what you need to know. Mobile appointments are booked within service areas, which may include additional travel time. If you add travel time, your existing appointments might not fit into the original time slots. We recommend creating a dedicated service area for internal bookings to keep things running smoothly—one without added travel time. This way, you can transition appointments seamlessly without schedule conflicts.
Creating A Service Area with No Travel Time

Log in as the Admin.

Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.

Select GO.

Scroll down to the Service Area section.

Click Add New.

Add Service Area Name (for example, West End with no Travel Time).

Do not check "Allow clients within this service area to book online."

Add the Service Area and Associated Services.

Click Save.
