Practitioners may send additional forms to Patients to ensure they update their health history or provide relevant information for their visits.
Update A Patient's Forms
Follow these steps to send additional forms to a patient:
- Go to the Patient's profile.
- Click on the Forms tab in the sidebar.
- Click on the Add Form button.
- Select the Form and the Agreements (if any).
- Choose your method of delivery: Email or Complete Now.
Sending additional forms ensures patients provide up-to-date health history and necessary information for their visits.
