Practitioner Online Booking Settings

The admin can associate practitioners with services, and set online scheduling limits, including cancellations, minimum and maximum lead times, and maximum workload per day. The practitioner can set online scheduling limits, including cancellations, minimum and maximum lead times, and maximum workload per day.

Admin 

1. Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
2. Click on Base Setup
3. Click on Practitioners
4. Click on the Practitioner's Name
5. Click On Calendar Settings
6. Make adjustments to scheduling limits, cancellations, minimum and maximum lead times, and maximum workload per day
7. Click Save

Practitioner 

1. Click either your Photo or Initials (top right header)
2. Click on Calendar
3. Click Scheduling Limits or Cancellations
4. Make adjustments to scheduling limits, cancellations, minimum and maximum lead times, and maximum workload per day
5. Click Save
