You may want to track insurance payments on invoices without following the claim from start to finish. Your clinic might process only a few claims a week, or you may want a way to indicate on the invoice that there was both an insurance and a patient payment. Noterro offers tools that make this process straightforward and efficient.
In the image below, we use the Alert and Label features to display simple insurance information. The Alert shows a Co-pay value (which can be adjusted to serve any purpose), and the Label indicates Blue Cross as the insurer.
Adding an Alert to a Patient Profile
- Navigate to the Patient's Profile.
- Click the Three dots to the right of the Patient's name.
- Click on Add Alert.
- Type in the content of the Alert.
- Click Save.
Adding Patient Labels
- Navigate to the Patient's Profile.
- Click the Three dots to the right of the Patient's name.
- Click Manage Labels.
- Type the Label Name and click Save New.
- To remove the Label, click the "x."
Editing Labels
- Log in as Admin.
- Click the Patient Icon on the Upper Left Header.
- Click on Manage beside the Label.
- Click on the Three Dots to edit the label.
- Click Save.
