Completed forms are visible on the appointment view. Expired forms won't be displayed. If you don't see any forms (e.g., due to expiry), you can send an updated form. Do this from the appointment card by clicking Add Form.
Viewing Current Forms
Access and manage a patient's forms efficiently.
- Navigate to the patient's profile.
- Click on Appointments in the left navigation bar.
- Scroll to the Form section.
- If there are no Current forms (possibly due to expiry), click Add Form and select the appropriate form.
- Click View to display any Completed or Incomplete forms.
Important Note: Additional functions are available in the three-dot dropdown menu when you select View. In the Completed Form section, you can Print or Preview the form. In the Incomplete section, you have the options to open, print, copy, resend link, or delete the form.
