Why can't I find a patient in the search?

If you're looking at your Patient list and notice that a Patient is missing, they're likely just hidden from the list. All Patients—including hidden Patients— can be found using the search bar. Follow these steps to unhide a Patient.

Unhide a Patient

1. Click on Search in the header.
2. Type in the Patient's Name.
3. Click on the Patient's Name.
4. Click on the Three Dots (top right).
5. Click Show.

Once these steps are completed, the Patient will be visible in your Patient list again.
