If you're migrating from Vagaro to Noterro, follow the steps below to export your customer list and appointments.
Exporting a Customer List from Vagaro
- Click Reports at the top of the screen.
- Click Customers on the left side of the screen, under Customers.
- Select Advanced Filters.
- Next, click the dropdown under Service Providers to select which employee’s customers you’d like to export (Select ALL if you’ll be exporting all provider's customers).
- Click Run Report.
- Finally, click Export at the bottom of the screen and select Excel.
Exporting Appointments from Vagaro
- Click on Reports.
- Under Appointments, click on Appointments Summary.
- In the Appointment From-To field, select the From and To dates to capture the desired date range of appointments.
- Click Submit.
- Click on Advanced Filters.
- Click the Appointment Status dropdown field.
- Toggle ON the following 7 statuses:
- Accepted
- Awaiting Confirmation
- Confirmed
- Show
- Ready to Start
- In Progress
- Service Completed
- Click Run Report.
- Next, click Grid View. Each status will appear as a single column.
- Click on one of the blue links (doesn’t matter which one), for example, Accepted.
- Click the download icon ⬇ in the top right of the box select Excel the file will download to your device.
- Repeat steps 10-11 for each remaining status (Accepted, Awaiting Confirmation, Confirmed, Show, Ready to Start, In Progress, Service Completed).
