If you're migrating from Vagaro to Noterro, follow the steps below.
Exporting a Customer List from Vagaro
- Click Reports at the top of the screen.
- Click Customers on the left side of the screen, under Customers.
- Select Advanced Filters.
- Next, click the dropdown under Service Providers to select which employee’s customers you’d like to export (Select ALL if you’ll be exporting all provider's customers).
- Click Run Report.
- Finally, click Export at the bottom of the screen and select Excel.
Exporting Appointments from Vagaro
- Navigate to Reports > Appointments > Appointment Summary.
- Filter for the date range including future appointments.
- Select individual service providers or choose all.
- Filter for All Customers.
- Click on each status (e.g., Service Completed, Requested) and use the Export option to download Excel files for each.
