To create comprehensive Patient profiles, we need you to export two crucial reports from Simple Practice: the Patient Details report and the Patient Demographics report. Follow the instructions below to export each report.
Export the Patient Details Report
- Log in to Simple Practice.
- Navigate to Analytics.
- Select Reports.
- Scroll down to the Patients & Appointments section.
- Click on Patient details.
- Click the Export button in the top right corner.
- Select CSV or Excel from the dropdown (either is fine).
Export the Patient Demographics Report
- Within Reports, scroll down to the Patients & Appointments section.
- Click on Patient demographics.
- Click the Export button in the top right corner.
- Select CSV or Excel from the dropdown (either is fine).
We will utilize these reports to establish detailed profiles in Noterro, complete with demographic information such as addresses and date of birth. Unless specified otherwise, phone numbers from the Phone column in the Patient Details report are imported as mobile numbers in Noterro.
Exporting Appointments from Simple Practice
Simple Practice provides a way to export appointment records, but these reports may lack some details for a straightforward import. Here’s how you can assist us:
- We import two key pieces of information for identifying appointment data: the Unit column and the Treatment Name.
- The Unit column contains data like 1 or 0.75. We assume 1 Unit = 60 Minutes; please confirm or specify your default timing if different.
- The Treatment Name is imported as the Practitioner’s Name + Billing Code. It will appear as Import - Practitioner Name, Billing Code. This allows you to align appointments with the treatment types and durations in Noterro.
To Get Started
- Access your Calendar homepage.
- Go to Reports.
- Click on Appointment Status.
- Select an individual's appointment report as needed. However, typically, exporting as a Biller would provide a comprehensive view. Follow the Simple Practice guide for detailed steps.
