Migrating from MindZplay (Practice Jewel) to Noterro

If you're migrating from MindZplay to Noterro, follow the steps outlined below. This guide will help you export both your Patient List and Appointments to ensure a smooth transition.

Exporting Your Patient List from MindZplay (Practice Jewel)

We recommend exporting your Patient List with as much information as possible.

1. Go to Reports General Reports.
2. Click the green [+] sign next to the word Patient under the General section.
3. Name the report as "Patient List" and ensure all variables are selected under the Options tab to bring overall profile field data.
4. Click the Results tab and choose Create File on the right.

Important Note: A CSV file will be saved to your computer, which you’ll need to locate to upload to Noterro.

Exporting Your Appointments from MindZplay (Practice Jewel)

1. Go to Reports.
2. Select General Reports.
3. Then go to the Appointments Report.
4. Name the report "Appointments".
5. Ensure that all variables are selected under the Options tab, as you’ll want to bring over as much appointment information as possible.
6. Navigate to the Results tab.
7. Click Create File on the right.
