Migrating from MindZplay (Practice Jewel) to Noterro

Exporting your Patient List from MindZplay (Practice Jewel)

We recommend exporting your patient list with as much information as possible.

1. Go to Reports > General Reports
2. Click the green [+] sign next to the word Patient under the General section.
3. Name the report as “Patient List” and ensure that all variables are selected under the Options tab to bring overall profile field data.
4. Click the Results tab and choose Create File on the right.

A CSV file will save to your computer which you’ll need to locate to upload to Noterro.

Exporting your Appointments from MindZplay (Practice Jewel)

To export your appointments, go to Reports > General Reports > Appointments Report

Name the report as “Appointments” and ensure that all variables are selected under the Options tab as you’ll want to bring over as much appointment information as possible.

Then navigate to the Results tab and click Create File on the right.

A CSV file will save to your computer.
