Migrating from MassageBook to Noterro

Exporting Clients from MassageBook
To export your entire list, navigate to your:

1. Business Profile
2. Select Clients
3. Select Import / Export in the top right corner to expand the menu
4. Select Export client file to download the file to your device

This will give you a CSV file of your clients that we’re able to import for you. There’s also this guide from MassageBook that outlines that.

Exporting Appointments from MassageBook

Go to Sales (Reports), select Appointment Report, filter the appropriate date range and click Export.

That's it!  Then book your migration call and we'll coordinate the best way to make the switch based on your specific situation.
