Migrating from Cliniko to Noterro

Transition smoothly from Cliniko to Noterro by following these steps.

Exporting Patients from Cliniko

1. Navigate to the Settings Module.
2. Click on Data Exports.
3. Select Patients from the drop-down list.
4. Adjust the Data Range to include all potential patients based on their creation dates.
5. Click Export data. Your file will appear listed.
6. Click the Download button to save the file to your local computer.

Important Note: Ensure that your patient data includes all available fields. If the download encounters a timeout due to file size, adjust the date range to smaller increments, such as yearly or quarterly, and perform multiple exports.
