Migrating from ClinicSense to Noterro

If you're migrating from ClinicSense to Noterro, follow the steps below. This guide will walk you through exporting your data for a seamless transition.

Exporting Patients from ClinicSense

1. Go to the Patients page.
2. Click the Export Patient List button at the bottom left of the page.
3. If necessary, select the specific Practitioner whose Patients you want to export.
4. Click Export.

Important Note: Account Admins determine if you have permission and the ability to export Patients.

Exporting Appointments from ClinicSense

1. Click on Reports.
2. Select Appointments.
3. Run a report for the appropriate Date Range.
4. Click Generate Report.
5. Click Download CSV.
