How to Disable Form Language Translation

Ensure that patients only view a form in its original language by disabling the translation feature in your form settings.

Disable Translation for Forms

Follow these steps to disable translation for your forms:

1. Log in to your account as an Administrator.
2. Click the Gear icon in the top navigation bar.
3. Select Templates Forms.
4. Find the form you want to edit.
5. Click the Three Dots next to the form name.
6. Click Settings.
7. Toggle off Allow Translation.

Note: Disabling this feature ensures patients can no longer select an alternative language or automatically translate the form.
