Setting Up Follow-up Notifications
Follow these steps to configure appointment follow-up notifications for your patients:
- Log in as the Admin.
- Navigate to the Base Setup.
- Select Services.
- Within each service, add your custom Notification variable in the Follow-up Appointment Instruction section.
- Go to Templates.
- Select Patient Notification.
- Choose Follow-up.
- Click on Email, Text, or Voice Message to view the template provided. Make any necessary changes to the wording.
- Select the timing for when you want the notification to be sent out.
