Follow these step-by-step instructions to update and complete an appointment in your dashboard.
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Click Calendar in the top header.
- Locate and click on the appointment you need to process.
- In the slide-out panel that appears, update the appointment status from Booked to Arrived.
- While on this main panel, you can also take care of immediate documentation:
- Add an invoice
- Add clinical notes
- Attach forms
- Once you have added the necessary information, click the Edit button.
- Update the Service and Location fields if any changes are needed.
- Customize additional options as required:
- Add an Internal Note for your team.
- Set up an Appointment Reminder.
- Schedule a Follow-Up.
- Choose whether you want to notify the patient of the updates by ticking the box next to it.
- Click Save to complete the process.
