Handling Mobile Back-to-Back Appointments at One Location

As a Practitioner, you may offer back-to-back mobile services to two Patients at the same location. Here's information on how to set up back-to-back services in Noterro and how to handle billing and invoicing afterward. 

Setting up Back-to-Back Mobile Services

1. Click the Gear (Clinic Settings) icon in the top right header.
2. Select Base Setup.
3. Click on Services.
4. Set up a new Service type called 'Mobile Therapy- Two People', as an example.
5. In the Description, mention the booking only needs to be completed by one person. 
6. Double the Price and Duration to account for both Patients.
7. Add additional Recovery Time to account for charting for two Patients and your travel time.

Invoicing for Back-to-Back Mobile Services

1. Go to ‌Patients.
2. Go into each individual's Patient profile.
3. Select the Billing section on the left-hand side.
4. Select Add Invoice.
5. Manually create the invoice for each Patient separately.

Important Note: If the secondary person who didn't book the appointment is a new Patient, you can have them fill out an intake form at the appointment.
