Enable and Customize Phone Reminder Notifications
Follow these steps to set up and personalize your phone reminder notifications:
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click the Gear icon (top right header).
- Select Templates.
- Scroll to the Patient Notifications section.
- Click on the Phone Reminder Notification.
- Enable the notification and make any necessary customizations.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Once enabled, your phone reminder notifications will keep patients updated with their appointments and other important information.
