Enable and Customize Phone Reminder Notifications

Follow these steps to set up and personalize your phone reminder notifications:

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click the Gear icon (top right header).
3. Select Templates.
4. Scroll to the Patient Notifications section.
5. Click on the Phone Reminder Notification.
6. Enable the notification and make any necessary customizations.
7. Click Save to apply your changes.

Once enabled, your phone reminder notifications will keep patients updated with their appointments and other important information.
