How to Adjust the Hours for Reminders
Set your preferred notification timing for patient reminders before appointments.
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
- Click Templates.
- Scroll to the Patient Notifications section.
- Click on the Text/Email/Phone reminder notifications you want to adjust.
- Set your preferred hours you wish to send the reminder before the appointment.
- Click Save.
By adjusting these settings, reminders will be sent according to your specified schedule, improving communication and appointment attendance.
