Adjusting the Time When Text/Email/Phone Reminders are Sent

You can adjust how many hours before the appointment you want to send text/email/phone reminders.

1. Log in as the Admin
2. Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
3. Click Templates
   
4. Scroll to the Patient / Client Notifications section
5. Click on the Text/Email/Phone reminder notifications you want to adjust
6. Set your preferred hours you want to send the text reminder before the appointment
7. Click Save
