Hiding Practitioners from Appearing on Online Booking

In a Multi-Practitioner clinic, you may need to hide some Practitioners from appearing on your online booking platform. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for making practitioners bookable or hidden from online booking, so you can manage your clinic's online presence efficiently.

Disabling or Enabling a Practitioner

Follow these steps to disable or enable a practitioner from appearing on your online booking platform:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon (located in the top right header).
3. Select Base Setup from the menu.
4. Navigate to the Practitioners section.
5. Locate the Practitioner you wish to be bookable or hidden and click on the Dropdown Menu next to their name.
6. Click Hidden (or Bookable if reversing the action).

Important Note: Hiding a practitioner will remove them from the online booking platform temporarily, but can be reversed at any time by following the same steps and selecting 'Bookable'.
