Do you have a website builder?

Noterro does not include a website builder. Its primary function is to serve as a clinic management software, providing features such as online booking, charting, invoicing, and more. If you need to build a website, you might want to consider platforms like Wix or Squarespace. You can then add a link to your Noterro Portal from your website.

Can I use my phone as Square terminal?

A phone itself cannot be used directly as a Square Terminal, but you can use the Square iOS or Android app to process payments integrated with Noterro.

Can different locations have different bank accounts?

In Noterro, if you are integrated with Square, all locations will have one bank account. If you want to use different bank accounts per location, you would need to input the payment method manually.

Can I access Square reader through my computer?

The Square Reader does not integrate with a computer; it only works with iOS and Android devices, such as your Phone, iPad, or tablet.

How do I link Square gift cards to Noterro?

In Noterro, integrating Square gift cards directly is not supported.

How do I use Square stand?

Square Stand is not supported within the current integration setup

Can I integrate my TD merchant services?

Noterro only integrates with Square and Shift4 for payment processors.

Where are the credit card information forms?

Noterro does not store any credit card information. To store credit card information, you will need to be integrated with Square or Shift4.

Cannot connect to Stripe?

Noterro integrates only with Square and Shift4; however, users can still use Stripe by processing payments outside of Noterro, and recording payment as received by the payment method made by Stripe.

Can I set up two Square terminals?

No, only one Square terminal can be connected at a time. It is on our roadmap but there is no ETA.

Is Worldline (Shift4) a replacement for Square?

No. Worldline (now Shift4) is not a replacement for Square inside Noterro — they are separate payment processor options.

Can I use a Square Reader with Noterro?

Yes. The Square Reader works with Noterro on iOS and Android devices to process payments directly from invoices.
