Is it possible to create an add-on for a service?
It's not possible to attach an add-on or additional services into a single appointment. You would need to book subsequent appointments back-to-back.
Can I limit the number of bookings for a specific service?
You can set limits on the total number of appointments per day or the maximum hours per day, but there isn't a specific feature to limit a particular service. The limits apply to all services collectively. So, unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to set a limit per service.
How do I move an existing service to a new category?
It's not possible to move an existing service to a new category in-app. However, you can request this to be done by our support team by emailing support@noterro.com
Is there a way to limit services to new clients only?
You could use the Online Booking Restriction Label feature. You could place a label on all your existing patients of "existing patient", then on the new-patient-only service, deny any patients from booking online who have the "existing patient" label.
Under service, is there a way for the recovery time not to be displayed as part of the service duration time?
We always show the Service Time and Recovery Time separately when referencing the time of the appointment.
How can I hide my service duration from a patient?
You cannot hide specific service durations from patients, you can place Online Booking Restriction Labels on services which might help solve your use case.
Can I duplicate a service?
You cannot duplicate services. You would need to create a new service.
Can I book 2 services for the same patient?
Patients cannot have concurrent appointments.

How do I print services?

I accidentally deleted a service. Can I recover it?
Once a service is deleted in Noterro, it is permanently removed from your clinic's offerings, and any associated data is lost. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a deleted service. It's always a good practice to back up any important information before proceeding with deletions.
How do I set up services to be available only at certain times?

How can my client book 2 services together back-to-back without the recovery time in between?
It’s not possible to bundle two services into a single appointment or to automatically chain them back-to-back without the recovery time in between. The client would need to book two separate appointments, one after the other.
Is there a way to filter the schedule in Noterro to see only a select service for that day?
In Noterro, you can't filter the schedule to show only one service for a day. As a workaround, you can assign colors to services so they're easy to spot on the calendar at a glance.
I want to open a day in my calendar for a specific service.
Noterro does not offer services that are booked on a specific day. To offer only one service for that day, you may need to disable online booking for the other services so Patients cannot book other services.
Can I duplicate services?
You cannot duplicate services in Noterro. You would need to create a new service manually if you want to replicate an existing one.
Can I print a list of my services?
Noterro does not have a feature to print a list of your services
How do I change a service so it cannot be cancelled online?
You are unable to turn off the cancellation feature per service. The cancellation feature is available at the Practitioner level.
Can I make a service available for specific days to book?

How can I add a service to an employee's profile and disable it from online booking?
You can create a new service assigned specifically to the practitioner and ensure the service is disabled on the online booking portal so clients cannot book online.
Can you select different rooms for different services in one location?
Noterro does not have a Rooms Feature. All services will be available under one location.
Is there a way to allow only a specific service of bookings on some days of the week?
Limiting service to a specific date/time is in our backlog of features.
How do I set a new category for snapshots?
You cannot add or set a new category for snapshots.
Can I prevent a service from being booked with two providers at the same calendar time?
Noterro does not have a feature to block a service while the product is in use.

Can I change the minimum notice period for only one service?
No. The minimum notice setting applies at the clinic level and cannot be set per individual service.
Does recovery time at the end of a shift extend past the scheduled shift?
Recovery time is added to the service's duration. If the last appointment of the day includes recovery time, it may extend past the end of the practitioner's scheduled availability.
Can a service only be available on a specific day?
No. Noterro does not currently have a feature to make a service available only on a specific day. This is on our roadmap but there is no ETA.
If I add recovery time to a service, will it change my currently booked appointments?
No. Adding or changing recovery time only affects new appointments booked after the change.
How do I create a service that only new clients can book?
Noterro does not have a built-in feature for this. As a workaround, use the Online Booking Restriction Label feature: apply a label such as "Existing Patient" to all current patients, then on the new-client-only service, deny booking to patients with that label.
How can clients book multiple services at once?
Clients cannot book multiple services within a single appointment. To receive multiple services, they must book separate appointments back-to-back, as add-ons or multi-service bookings are not currently supported.
How do I sort patients by the services they used?
Currently, there is no feature in Noterro to sort patients according to the services they used.
How do I add my modalities?
To add your modalities, you can set them up as services or group bookings.
Can I add two services to same appointment?
