No, Scribe is billed based on a rate of 16 Noterro credits per recorded minute. This applies to all plans.
Can I pause Noterro while I am off work?
It's not possible to pause your Noterro subscription. You would either need to cancel your account and resume it later or keep it active with all your practitioners disabled.
Is there a demo clinic for Noterro?

Do you plan on allowing communication through the dedicated number in the future?

Can I pause my subscription?
You are unable to pause your subscription. If you are planning on taking a break, you need to cancel your subscription then re-activate it once you are ready to resume.
Can I get my business number ported as my max plan phone number?
Currently, Noterro does not support porting an existing business number to be used as the dedicated phone number for the Max plan. The dedicated phone number provided by Noterro is specifically assigned and managed by them for use with their services.
I'm moving from NZ to London and wish to pause my subscription whilst I get set up. How do I do this please?
Currently, we don't have a Pause feature available. You can cancel your subscription and reactivate it when you're ready to return. Before canceling, we recommend reviewing any data retention or account policy.
How can I accept HSA and FSA credit cards?
Yes, Noterro can accept these cards; however, your Patient might need to let the Card provider know if it is not working.
How can I remove a plan that has been used?
You cannot delete a Package or Membership template if it is in use. For packages or memberships, once canceled, they are permanently removed and cannot be redeemed. Therefore, a plan that has been used cannot be removed by deletion in Noterro.
How do I review or change my plan after a forced migration?
You can review and change your assigned plan after migration. Options include selecting a lower tier, reducing practitioner seats, or switching to annual billing for discounts. Contact the support team at support@noterro.com for help with the transition.
Can I create a new clinic using my current email login?
Yes. Sign up with your existing email and password. This will create a new clinic account linked to your current credentials.
Is there an ABMP discount for Noterro?
Yes. Members of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) receive a $10 discount on current monthly plans. To claim this, email the Support Team with a photo of your ABMP membership.
Is it possible to keep SMS reminders if I downgrade my plan?
No. SMS reminders require the Plus plan or higher. Downgrading below Plus will remove access to the SMS feature.
Can I get an extension on my trial account?
You can get an extension on your trial account by reaching out to the support team. They are available to help you extend your trial period to explore all features fully.
Can you add on text reminders to the core plan?
Text reminders cannot be added as an add-on to the Core Plan. They are included only in specific plans like the Plus and Max Plan and are not available as separate add-ons for the Core Plan.

Will disabling a practitioner cancel the subscription for them?
Practitioners cannot cancel their subscriptions individually. Subscription cancellations are managed at the clinic or admin level. Disabling a practitioner removes their access, prevents them from logging in to your Noterro account, and revokes their ability to edit or create clinical notes. Additionally, disabling a practitioner will free up a practitioner seat.
Why is generating a superbill a paywalled service on a core subscription?
Generating a superbill is paywalled on the Core plan because the ability to create superbills requires having insurance as part of your subscription, and this superbill feature is only available on Plus & Max plans. Core includes billing/payments, but not the insurance codes for superbills needed to generate them.
Is there a way to customize the noterro membership option if I don't need any insurance features but need access to packages and memberships?
You cannot customize your Noterro plan. If you need a feature in a certian plan you will need to subscribe to that plan even if you do not need all features.
