Can I share documents through the Patient Portal?
It's not possible to share uploaded documents in the patient portal.
Can patients upload files into the patient portal?
It's not possible for patients to upload files into the portal. It's on our roadmap, but I don't have an ETA.
Is there a communication function in the portal?
No, the portal does not have a communication function.
Can I upload images to the web portal?
Only services can have images in the portal.
Can patients chat with their provider through their portal?
Currently, there is no feature available that allows patients to chat directly with their provider through the portal.
Can I set a limit on how many appointments a client can book online?
Currently, Noterro does not have a specific feature that allows you to restrict clients from booking multiple appointments on the same day
Can I see when a client accesses their portal account?
You are unable to see when a Patient accesses their Portal Account.
How do I add photos to info on web portal?
Noterro Web Portal does not support adding Photos. The only photos that will be displayed will be your clinic's Logo and if you have chosen to display your services as cards.
Can labs be uploaded to patient portal?
Files cannot be uploaded to the Patient Portal. You can only share your Clinical Notes in the Patient Portal.
Can I view a list of clients who have portal accounts?
You cannot view which Patients' accounts; however, when you try to send a bulk invite, it will show you which accounts do not have an account.
How can I customise help articles on the portal?
Noterro does not support the customization of help articles directly on the portal.
We do not want email address to appear to patients on the booking page?
The email address field is required and cannot be hidden from patients when they create an account for online booking. First name, last name, and email are locked and must be filled out by every patient during the sign-up process.
If I deny a portal account, can they make one again later?
If a portal account request is denied, the client can still create a new request again later.
Can patients register for the portal without an invitation?
Yes, patients can register for the portal without an invitation if the clinic has enabled Public Access. If this setting is turned off, an invitation is required to register.
What does "this client has not been accepted into your clinic" mean?
“This client has not been accepted into your clinic” usually means the person has requested/created a Portal account, but the clinic has not yet accepted that request.
What does it mean when a client is accepted into your clinic? What will the client be able to access?
When a client is accepted into your clinic, it means their Portal account request has been approved by the clinic. New client account requests appear on the Dashboard under New Portal Accounts, and accepting them confirms that the client is connected to your clinic through the Portal.
Is Noterro Website a pre-defined format or can it be customized?
You cannot customize the Portal. You can select a colour that associates with your brand, the features available for your patients and insert a clinic information section.
