How do I send the QR code to a patient?

Download the QR code from the Web Portal and App settings, then you can email it or print it for your patients to use.

Can we generate a QR code for check in?

Noterro currently does not support generating QR codes for check-in purposes.

Can I get a separate QR code for each location in Noterro?

No, it is not possible to generate separate QR codes for each location.

How do I access today's webinar?

To access a webinar or virtual appointment, locate the 'New Appointment' or 'Appointment Reminder' email you received upon booking. Click the 'Click here to join' hyperlink within the email, then wait to be admitted into the virtual meeting room by your practitioner. 

Where to find my booking link?

To find your booking link, log in as Admin, click the Gear icon, select Web Portal & App, then click "View Public Links" or locate the public link for your online booking page. You can copy this URL and share it with clients via social media, email, or your website to enable easy appointment scheduling.
