How do I Join a Virtual Appointment

To join your scheduled virtual appointment, locate the email you received when you originally booked your appointment, titled "New Appointment," or the "Appointment Reminder" email. Within the body of these emails, you will find a hyperlink labeled something like, "Click here to join."

Once you've found and clicked this link, it may take a few minutes for the Practitioner to admit you into the virtual meeting room. Please be patient during this process.
