Noterro offers several ways to get help for all your questions. You can attend a Demo and have your product questions answered live on a call. You can request a phone call, book an appointment to have your Account Audited for optimization or book a support call.
Asking for a Phone Call
- Click on the Question Mark in the top right header.
- Click on Send a Support Request.
- Request a Phone Call.
Important Note: phone call requests depend on availability across the Noterro team. It isn't typically possible for calls to happen immediately after the request is made.
